Petrojam is exporting around a million barrels of fuel oil to Trinidad, but why? Trinidad produces oil and Jamaica doesn't... what's going on here?
Well Trinidad's oil refinery has been closed for a few years, so Petrojam (Jamaica's oil refinery) has stepped up to fill the gap.
